Meet Miss Simona
Junior Achievers Academy was opened by Miss Simona Kromar in September 2010. With many years of experience in daycares, preschools, and an International Baccalaureate elementary school, Miss Simona followed her dream of opening her own family daycare - a place where children are loved, nurtured, and encouraged to explore the world around them.

A day filled with learning, play, and discovery
Children participate in developmentally appropriate activities throughout the day, with a balance of group time, child-led activities, creative work, outdoor play, and early learning.
One-on-one learning
Children may be invited during free play for a specialized activity with the teacher. Activities may support early math, pre-printing, matching, sorting, patterns, letters, sounds, puzzles, and colouring.
Centre time
Children explore activities independently or in small groups, building creativity, confidence, and social skills.
Group time
We come together for circle time, counting, stories, songs, dance, and group discussions.
Outdoor time
Outdoor time is part of our daily rhythm. Children enjoy walks, playground time, active games, and fresh air whenever possible.
Creative play
Arts, crafts, music, science, nature topics, and hands-on activities help children explore the world around them.
Early skills
Pre-math, early language, matching, sorting, puzzles, discussion, and reading readiness are woven into the day.
